Ruby red, tending to orange with ageing.

Bouquet:
Delicate, refined, with hints of violet, it becomes more refined with ageing.

Taste:
Dry, good-bodied, velvety, harmonious.

Serve at:
16-18°C.

Gastronomic combinations:
It is appreciated as a table wine , and especially with red meat-based second courses and seasoned cheeses.

Vine of origin:
It is prevalently grown in the provinces of Asti and Cuneo, vintage is done in the first decade of October. It is a wine which is typically aged.
